The best thing about the small burner is it's fuel efficiency. 5 lbs. of propane lasts all season. Due to the heat conductivity of the cast iron grates, food cooks evenly and leaves a great looking grill sear on your food.

Easy Clean Up is Essential When Using a Gas Grill

Because grilling and barbecuing are considered leisurely activities, often associated with socializing and entertaining, you certainly don't want to spend all your time cleaning up after using your grill. Thanks to the porcelain-enameled cast-iron cooking grates, you can clean up your grill quickly and easily. You must clean the grates when the grill is hot. After cooking, just heat up the grates on the grill and burn up all the "stuff" then brush off with a wire brush for about one minute.
